The Largest and most valuable Salmon in the world. The King salmon of the copper river have the best meat due to the long 300-mile journey they take on after they have spent the winter feeding and have extremely high concentrations of omega3 fatty acid. We catch these around Mid-May - June, by which time they have moved upriver to spawn. The Haul is extremely limited and if you're lucky enough to taste their delicious meat, you will be sampling one of the world's finest delicacies. Delivered fresh with dry or wet ice (subject to availability), this Salmon will reach you in Pristine condition.
